Debbie, loves to workout and has been a distance runner for over 40 years. She is passionate about a holistic approach to health and wellness whereby incorporating body, mind and spirit. My path to teach others was inspired when I fell in love with fitness and wanted to share my love with others who have the aspiration to become a better stronger version of themselves.
As a parent, I understand balancing family, a career, and the events of everyday life may be tough sometimes but I believe that finding that time for yourself and your health is very important, and the greatest example you can provide to your family.
